U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS) included mention of HIA in her press release announcing the reintroduction of the Telehealth Modernization Act of 2025 (S.2709). HIA supports the legislation that would extend telehealth access for seniors enrolled in Medicare.
