HIA was mentioned in an Inside Health Policy article about the White House’s new artificial intelligence action plan.
“We are encouraged by President Trump’s support for AI, and we urge him to ensure that AI funding is a clear priority for federal health care programs,” HIA said in a press release. “One area in need of a strong partnership is building data assets to accelerate life science research and development. The NIH and FDA should lead the way today to secure data that can be used to develop the cures of tomorrow,” the alliance added.
